Responsibility / Green Filming
Cinepoint wants to produce films sustainably because we believe that Environmental Measures In Production Are A Responsibility For Us All! We want to do our work with respect for the Earth and keep the ecological footprint as small as possible.
Our productions are respectful in nature as we have small crews and small sets where everyone is responsible. However we furthermore commit ourselves to reduce the environmental impact by these steps:
-
Planting trees in the Czech Republic with 5 percent of our profit
-
Following the 5R plan: refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle, rot
-
Production sustainability consultants on board while managing bigger projects
-
Climate-friendly transport whenever possible
-
Green electricity and sustainable providers
-
Elimination of paper distribution, printing only If necessary
-
LED lights instead of energy-intensive lamps and rechargeable batteries instead of disposable ones
-
Planet placement – Traces of a Landscape, Land of Fire
We are constantly educating ourselves on how to approach the
sustainability in our project management – learning from both national and international platforms such as:
We collaborate with partners who share our values. We reject those who work against them.
